Have you been charged more than you should? You have probably been fined!

You may have been charged a parking fine for the following:

  • You have stopped or parked your vehicle in a no-parking zone, a no-traffic zone or outside the designated driving zone. These areas are marked on the map in red and yellow, so it's a good idea to check it beforehand to see where you can drive. We will also send you a push notification if you reach these areas so you can avoid getting a fine.

  • Your trip ended due to a period of inactivity in a no-parking zone, a no-traffic zone or outside the designated driving zone. We automatically terminate your trip after 10 to 30 minutes of inactivity, in case you forgot to terminate it in the app. If this happens in an area where you are not allowed to end your ride, a fine will apply. Don't worry, we will notify you a few minutes in advance to give you the opportunity to continue your trip or move the vehicle.

  • You parked your Gliize incorrectly. We usually ask for a picture of your parked Gliize to verify that you have followed our parking guide. See our How to use section to find out how and where to park.

You can see any fines you may have received on your receipt or trip invoice. If you think you have been fined in error, you can contact us here.
