The insurance coverage covers the rental period, i.e. from the moment you enter into the rental agreement for an electric scooter during the unlocking process until the electric scooter is locked via our app.

If you have caused bodily injury or property damage while driving an electric scooter and wish to benefit from the insurance coverage as described above, you must report the loss within a reasonable time to the insurance company by sending an email to zego-micromobility@broadspire.eu or by phone at +32 (0) 2 714 03 88.
It is important that you call or email to make a claim and report any incident that may result in a claim, whether or not it is your fault.

Zego acts as the controller and may collect and process your personal data when necessary to administer the insurance policy and any claims.

Indien u lichamelijk letsel of materiële schade hebt veroorzaakt tijdens het besturen van een elektrische scooter en u in aanmerking wenst te komen voor de verzekeringsdekking zoals hierboven beschreven, dient u de schade binnen een redelijke termijn aan de verzekeringsmaatschappij te melden door een e-mail te sturen naar zego-micromobility@broadspire.eu of telefonisch op +32 (0) 2 714 03 88.
Het is belangrijk dat u belt of e-mailt om een claim in te dienen en dat u elk incident meldt dat aanleiding kan geven tot een claim, of het nu uw schuld is of niet.

Zego treedt op als verantwoordelijke voor de verwerking en kan uw persoonsgegevens verzamelen en verwerken wanneer dit nodig is voor het beheer van de verzekeringspolis en eventuele claims.
